My good friend Cathy was going to Morocco and I wanted to join. She added it was a horse-riding trip. I hadn’t been on a horse in 30 years but I only hesitated for about 30 seconds before committing. We rode through fields of wild thyme, across endless sand dunes and through the waves on the beach. This scent has fresh thyme and spicy amber mixed with the salty smell of the ocean breeze.
