One of our favorite things to do in summer is pick blueberries at Parlee Farms in Tynsborough MA. The first year we went we were so overloaded with blueberries that I started to put them in EVERYTHING. Scones, barbecue sauce and even ice cream. And since our herb garden was bursting with mint that year I steeped it into the ice cream base and voila . . . blueberry mint.
