For me. I don’t like pie. Except strawberry rhubarb pie. Rhubarb is abundant in our garden. Sometimes when I want it but don’t have the patience or time I just bake a sheet of puff pastry shoved into a pie dish and piled high with strawberries, rhubarb and brown sugar.
